Forms and Documents
PT Altianka Literasi Media provides a set of forms and supporting documents required throughout the publication process. These documents are intended to ensure administrative completeness, compliance with publication ethics, and a clear understanding of the rights and responsibilities of both authors and the publisher.
All required documents must be completed by the Corresponding Author and submitted together with the manuscript through the Open Monograph Press (OMP) system. The documents will be reviewed during the administrative screening stage before the manuscript proceeds to editorial evaluation and peer review.
Manuscript Submission Form
This form is used to provide essential information about the submitted manuscript, including corresponding author details, publication type, academic field, manuscript summary, and other administrative information required during the publication process.

This document contains the author's formal declaration that the submitted manuscript is an original work, free from plagiarism, not under consideration by another publisher, and approved by all authors listed in the manuscript.

This document outlines the copyright provisions, publication rights, author rights, and the responsibilities of both authors and the publisher following the publication of the manuscript by PT Altianka Literasi Media.

The Manuscript Submission Form, Statement of Originality, and Copyright Agreement are mandatory documents for manuscript submission. After being completed and signed by the Corresponding Author, all documents must be uploaded through the Open Monograph Press (OMP) system under the Supplementary Files section during manuscript submission.
The completeness and accuracy of these documents will be verified during the administrative screening process. Manuscripts submitted without the required supporting documents or containing incomplete information may be returned to the authors for revision before proceeding to editorial assessment and peer review.
