Copyright & Licensing Policy

PT Altianka Literasi Media

Introduction

PT Altianka Literasi Media is committed to upholding intellectual property rights, publication ethics, and academic integrity in all publishing activities. This Copyright & Licensing Policy establishes the rights and responsibilities of authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher regarding the ownership, use, distribution, and protection of published works.

All parties involved in the publishing process are expected to comply with applicable copyright laws, ethical publishing standards, and principles of responsible scholarly communication.

Copyright Ownership

The copyright of each published work remains with the author(s). By submitting and agreeing to publish a manuscript with PT Altianka Literasi Media, authors grant the publisher a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and disseminate the work in both print and electronic formats.

The granting of publishing rights does not transfer ownership of intellectual property from the author(s) to the publisher.

  • The manuscript does not infringe upon the copyright, intellectual property rights, or legal rights of any third party.
  • All quotations, data, figures, tables, illustrations, maps, photographs, and other materials obtained from external sources have been properly acknowledged and, where necessary, used with appropriate permission.
  • All references and citations are accurately provided in accordance with accepted academic standards.
  • The manuscript has not been previously published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere unless clearly disclosed to the publisher.

Any legal consequences arising from copyright infringement or unauthorized use of copyrighted materials shall remain the sole responsibility of the author(s).
